Joe Guy
Executive Director, KSLA 2022 Leadership Award Winner
Joe Guy began his career at Magnolia Springs in 2019 as Director of Plant Operations and was promoted to Executive Director in 2021. Born and raised in northern Kentucky, Joe’s Navy, college, and work experiences have led him all over the United States, but he’s glad to be back home and part of the Magnolia Springs family.

Grace Hardy
Business Office Manager
Grace has more than 25 years of experience in Accounting, Human Resources, and Payroll with the past 7 years as a Business Office Manager in senior living. She has worked various industries with her background but chosen to work in senior living because of her love of older adults.

Scott Brooks
Director of Culinary Services
Scott has 39 years of food service experience including Military, Hospital and Senior Living Culinary Services. If you’ve ever had an opportunity to enjoy Scott’s food, you know that each meal is prepared with love and passion. Often, you’ll find him creating special dishes at the request of our residents and there is no limit to his creations.

Susie Coalter
Director of Community Relations
Susie discovered her passion for seniors and the benefits of senior living through her own father’s experience. “After moving dad into an assisted living community, we saw that he had more time and energy for the things he enjoyed, his life was easier! We gained years with him that I’m not sure we would have had he stayed in his home.”

Hanna Owen
Director of Life Enrichment
Hanna was born and raised in Butler, Kentucky and still resides in Northern Kentucky. She has always enjoyed riding & showing horses, traveling, and spending time with her family, friends, and rescue dog. Both of her grandfathers were role models in her life and inspired her to begin her career in healthcare. She knew that her calling was to serve and help others in any way she could. Since the age of 18, she has a background of working in long term care and home health.

Heidi Overwine
Director of Resident Services
Heidi was born and raised in Erlanger, Ky. She attended Lloyd High School and then went on to college. She received her Bachelors of Political Science from the University of Kentucky. She then attended Northern Kentucky University for her Bachelor of Nursing.
